Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including materials, packaging, and finished goods. The role manages shipping/receiving, inventory levels, and safety across internal and third-party warehouses to ensure service excellence.

The candidate will lead a team, drive continuous improvement using 5S principles, and coordinate with manufacturing and customer service to meet quality and delivery targets. A strong ERP background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain related discipline or 3 equivalent years of experience.
• Food manufacturing / retail experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP proficiency; ability to leverage data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and maintain integrity of materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Manage shipping/receiving and inventory levels, ensuring safe handling and compliance.
• Monitor and guide daily activity of warehouse staff to optimize service and accuracy.
• Oversee inventory controls, transfers, and physical inventories; maintain 5S organized environment.
