Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a Pontiac, MI manufacturing facility. You will supervise hourly staff, manage workloads, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in a supervisory capacity and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing processes. Overtime may apply for second shift.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with technical/business training preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support hourly employees.
• Manage daily workloads, scheduling, and operational priorities.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct team meetings, safety tours, and SOP audits.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce workplace policies.
• Maintain timekeeping records and operational reports.
