Job summary

Furst-McNess Company in Lake City, FL is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead our onsite warehouse operations. The role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, safety, and team development, with Monday–Friday schedule and 6:00am–3:30pm shifts at 688 NW Waldo Street.

You will manage 3 shift supervisors and a team of 15–20 associates, partner with production and logistics, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• 3+ years of leadership with performance management.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff to improve engagement and performance.
• Establish staffing plans and schedules to meet demand.
• Ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe work environment.
