Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for onsite operations in Tamarac, FL. The role runs Monday to Friday from 6:00pm until completion, with pay starting at $19 per hour based on experience.

You will pull and prepare orders using a stand-up forklift, wrap and transport pallets, and utilize RF devices to sort and process orders. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, maintaining safety, and adhering to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE rules.
