Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and highly organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with VAI for warehouse tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and act as backup to supervisor.
• Oversee voice-picking and route sheets for accuracy.
• Train new employees on voice pick procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely transfers and replenishments.
