Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an Operations Lead - Receiving to guide warehouse operations and act as a supervisor backup. You will support team members, oversee voice-pick tasks, and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate processing of transfers and replenishments.

The role requires previous warehouse experience, a High School Diploma, strong attendance, and proficiency with the VAI system.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attendance history and reliability are essential.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and customer-service oriented.
• Proficient in VAI as it pertains to warehouse functions.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment and powered trucks; lift/pull/carry at least 50 pounds.
• Stand for entire shift, often over 8 hours; work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in warehouse tasks and operations.
• Back up the supervisor in their absence and mentor team members.
• Train new employees on voice pick and general operations.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor for investigation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet company goals and ensure safety.
