Job summary

McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage warehouse operations and ensure the trucks roll on time. You will stage equipment, pull parts, stock shelves, and coordinate with dispatch to prioritize daily jobs.

The role requires at least 1+ year of warehouse experience, forklift certification, a HS diploma, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus in this fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, inventory, or parts handling
• HVAC or plumbing parts knowledge a plus
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• HS diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Stage equipment and parts for all departments so techs are ready
• Order parts and track in ServiceTitan; update ETAs
• Check in/out equipment and keep shelf inventories
• Receive shipments; verify against packing slips and POs
• Run cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Track warranty returns and vendor credits
• Inspect fleet; schedule maintenance and log fuel/mileage
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize daily jobs
• Manage tool crib and check-out logs; enforce safety standards
• Train new warehouse and yard hires
