You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and drive efficiency across receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse management within HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fields, with experience in ServiceTitan replenishment, invoicing, and strong Excel analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in HVAC/electrical/plumbing industries.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan replenishment features.
• Experience with invoice approvals in a business system.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates with coaching and performance feedback.
• Implement inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Maintain optimal stock levels using ServiceTitan replenishment features.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping.
• Enforce safety protocols adhering to national standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Analyze inventory and operations reports to identify improvements.
