Job summary

PS Seasoning is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Richfield, WI to lead our growing warehouse team. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on achieving productivity, quality, and cost objectives through strategic planning and effective leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse management experience, a degree in Operations Management or related field (preferred), and strong ERP/WMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage industry preferred.
• Experience with lot number controls and tracking is necessary.
• ERP and/or WMS experience required.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of warehouse activities to meet productivity, quality, and cost goals.
• Plan facility layouts or designs.
• Set warehouse and team goals with management and other team leaders.
• Oversee day-to-day picking, packing, shipping, receiving activities.
• Establishes and measures KPI’s for all warehouse functions.
• Ensure training and development of employees and safety compliance.
