PS Seasoning & Spices Inc in Richfield, WI is seeking a Material Handler to keep the production floor running by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You will handle inbound/outbound materials, operate a forklift, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. First shift with standard production hours; experience with GMP/HACCP is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Clear verbal communication; keep team and supervisor in the loop.
• Good math skills for counts, weights, and inventory accuracy.
• Flexibility to jump between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and to bend, stand, walk, sit, and climb frequently.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods, ensuring paperwork matches specifications.
• Operate forklift, hand trucks, and pallets to move, store, and load materials safely and efficiently.
• Enter materials into inventory system and maintain FIFO rotation.
• Confirm shipping details and expedite shipments to keep production on schedule.
• Own product quality: nothing leaves the dock damaged.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, hygiene and safety programs.
• Keep work area clean and dispose of scrap properly.
• Pitch in on other tasks as needed.
