Factory Motor Part is seeking an energetic Operations Associate for our fast-paced warehouse. You will pull orders, manage inventory counts, stock shelves, and maintain organization while communicating professionally with customers.

Some duties may include handling hazardous materials and delivering parts using a company vehicle as required by location. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to write customer returns accurately.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Delivery of parts using company vehicle as needed.
