Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co is seeking a Lead Operations Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse. You will pull orders, manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain organization while communicating with customers. The role may involve delivering parts to customer locations using a company vehicle, depending on location needs.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to write customer returns accurately.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• In addition to warehouse duties, deliver automotive parts using company vehicle as needed.
