Job summary

Plasma-Therm is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in St. Pete, FL to lead warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and optimize inventory and shipping processes. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing stockroom environment.

The supervisor will drive on-time delivery, accuracy in inventory, and adherence to Plasma-Therm’s policies and ISO standards while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• Minimum five years of related experience with two years recent supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, stockroom) and prioritizes workloads.
• Monitors inbound shipments and stocking of items in the warehouse.
• Maintains inventory accuracy via cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Oversees outbound shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Plans layout of stock areas considering turnover and item size.
• Develops procedures and trains staff on ERP transactions.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment with preventive maintenance.
• Manages budgeted expenditures and supports continuous improvement per ISO-9000.
