Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, and WMS is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and ensure daily tasks are completed timely and safely.
• Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by following policies and procedures.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Inspect incoming shipments and reject damaged items; coordinate with shippers.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure correctness and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Perform daily cycle counts to guarantee accurate inventory.
• Support team to assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor performance on daily tasks.
• Maintain office functions including filing, billing, and paperwork.
