Job summary

Stauffer Safety is seeking a Warehouse Manager II to oversee receiving, inventory control, shipping, and logistics in Buford, GA. You will lead warehouse staff, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

This role requires a strong background in inventory management, ERP/WMS proficiency, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with management and customers. It is a full-time on-site position with standard warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Associate’s degree with 3–5 years in inventory/distribution role.
• High School diploma or GED + 5+ years in inventory/distribution role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory management, shipping and delivery logistics.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure professional communications with management and customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping processes and ERP/WMS system operations.
• Promote a safe and respectful work environment.
• Conduct staff meetings to drive engagement on safety and operations.
• Coordinate hiring, discipline, and termination under HR direction.
• Ensure staff training and competency are maintained.
