Job summary

Solar Landscape seeks an experienced Office & Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate shipments for construction projects. This role also supports office management, onboarding, and site logistics to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in office or warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems. A fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, warehouse management, inventory, logistics, facilities management, executive support, or administrative roles.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced corporate, construction, or operations environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer service mindset.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, storing, staging, picking, loading, tracking, and distributing materials.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and control procedures.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, delivery scheduling, and receipt confirmations with Project Managers and Logistics.
• Support onboarding, office logistics, and workspace organization.
