Job summary

Idaho Environmental Coalition seeks a capable OE Warehouse/Material Specialist Jr to perform receiving, logging, and distribution of items at the AMWTP site. You will conduct complex inspections on quality-related items to ensure standards, and manage stock levels with accurate data entry and regular audits.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift operation, and a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using an inventory tracking system (MAXIMO preferred).
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and data entry accuracy required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and receiving information through data entry into electronic tracking system and hard copy files.
• Maintain consumable inventory levels.
• Offload semi-trucks using a forklift or by hand; labor-intensive work.
• Deliver materials, supplies and spare parts to site locations.
• Perform special projects and assignments as requested.
