Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation in Montgomery, MN is seeking a Warehouse Manager (Finance) to oversee storage, inventory, labeling, distribution, and shipping of finished goods and materials. You will supervise warehouse staff and develop procedures to improve productivity while ensuring safety and quality programs are followed.

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $90-$100k. The role offers the opportunity to manage packaging and shipping schedules and develop annual

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• 5+ years' experience as a group leader and/or supervisor in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound traffic for ingredients, supplies and stock product.
• Maintain outbound traffic to meet customer orders.
• Maintain safety, quality, CIP/OI, environmental and GMP programs.
• Set up daily labeling/packaging requirements, shipments and receiving.
• Develop annual budgets and packaging/shipping schedules to meet company needs.
• Schedule and receive all packaging material for production.
• Ensure all employee training sessions are held.
• Supervise, train and schedule warehouse staff.
• Develop new procedures to improve productivity.
• Manage, develop and assess warehouse systems on a safety, cost, CI and customer service basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
