Shearer’s Foods in Perham, MN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and inventory control, aiming for exceptional service and efficiency. You will develop SOPs, supervise staff, ensure accurate receiving, shipping, and stock levels, and operate forklift as needed.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years supervisory warehousing experience, strong communication and leadership, WMS proficiency, and a bachelor’s in supply chain or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• WMS experience and ability to train and monitor system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of products and materials.
• Lead warehouse personnel in proper storage and distribution activities.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment based on orders and forecasts.
• Maintain records, review packing lists, and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklift to move and load goods as needed.
• Communicate status of freight with drivers and customers.
