Job summary

Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, implement SOPs and GMPs, and manage a team while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
• Experience developing SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WMS experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Develop and execute inbound/outbound material flow strategies.
• Improve inventory accuracy through robust control processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations across facilities.
• Partner with Operations and Production to meet customer and production demands.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive productivity while reducing costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse standards.
• Manage lot tracking, traceability, and allergen control.
• Build and coach a high-performing warehouse team with accountability.
