Job summary

Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery in Clifton, NJ seeks a Senior Warehouse Manager & Logistics Manager to lead warehousing, shipping, and receiving in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will oversee inventory control, lot tracking, and allergen management while driving improvements and building a high-performing team.

You will partner across departments to meet customer and production demands, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, shipping and receiving.
• Experience developing SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WMS experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
