McLane Co. in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Maintenance III to service and repair electromechanical systems in our distribution center. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and support building systems, with emphasis on safety.

Candidates should have a technical degree or professional training, 5+ years industrial maintenance, conveyor and sortation experience, HVAC and welding certs, and PLC/control knowledge. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or professional training in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance.
• HVAC and welding certifications.
• Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Experience with 480V/3-phase equipment and controls.
• Knowledge of PLC and computerized automated systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience using maintenance databases (MP2, DataStream 7i, Maintenance Connection).
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a functional level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, doors and CCTV in a DC.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot automation malfunctions using PLC and software.
• Develop system modifications and procure resources for changes.
• Weld and fabricate as required.
• Research parts, tools, and technology for maintenance needs.
• Work safely to protect people and products.
