McLane Co. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Maintenance III to join our distribution center team in Concord, NC.

The role covers advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance across electromechanical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, and dock infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with at least 4 years in conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance, HVAC and welding certifications, and the ability to read blueprints and CAD

Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree or professional training.
• At least 5 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 4 years of conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance experience.
• HVAC and welding certifications.
• Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Experience with 480V/3-phase industrial equipment and controls.
• Knowledge of PLC and computerized automated systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Basic computer skills and maintenance databases (MP2, DataStream 7i, Maintenance Connection).
• Ability to read, write and understand English at job-related level.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, dock doors, air systems, racking, CCTV, and interconnectivity cabling (PC/PLC/Server).
• Use PLC and online applications to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot automation malfunctions.
• Develop approved system modifications and procure resources needed to complete modifications.
• Weld and fabricate as required.
• Research parts, tools, and technology.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
