Job summary

Horizon Group USA is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in McDonough, GA. You will report to the Facility Engineer and oversee maintenance and repairs to the building, equipment, and grounds, ensuring a safe working environment.

You will perform regulatory compliance tasks, maintain conveyors and related systems, troubleshoot low voltage wiring, and undertake special facility projects as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities/maintenance, preferably in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience diagnosing, documenting equipment breakdowns, and executing repairs.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building support systems.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regulatory compliance tasks in the facility, including fire system testing, inspection, and escalation.
• Maintain conveyor systems, motors, dock plates, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and work on low voltage systems.
• Execute special facility projects as needed.
