Falcon Farms in Buford, GA is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our facility.

The ideal candidate has experience with electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial equipment, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment running safely in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced facility or warehouse.
• Knowledge of electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or warehouse equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as ice machines, compactors, forklifts, doors.
• Perform basic plumbing, painting, and building repairs.
• Repair walls, floors, doors, panels, and other components.
• Perform regular facility and equipment inspections.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues.
• Keep the maintenance area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
