Job summary

Google LLC in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary logistics projects across global teams. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners from multiple offices.

You will oversee day-to-day operations across warehouse facilities, directing workflows, monitoring material movement, and ensuring safety and quality while driving continuous improvement to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions with cross-functional teams.
• 7 years in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics.
• 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, material flow, and 3PL warehouse vendors, including budgets, invoices, and capital improvements.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards to ensure continuity and justify process improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive forward and reverse logistics strategies aligned with long-term goals.
• Drive technology-driven automation, reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and lower operating costs.
• Partner with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to align priorities and scale operations efficiently.
