Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, budgets, and 3PL vendors.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards for continuity and improvements.
• Design and execute forward and reverse logistics strategies.
• Drive automation, reduce MTTR, and optimize capacity and costs.
• Partner with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors to scale operations.
