Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional logistics initiatives across the Americas. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and communications across offices and time zones to keep projects on track.

You will design and optimize end-to-end logistics processes, develop BRDs, drive change management, and prepare leadership-ready presentations. A strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and collaboration with partner teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
• 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
• 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, material flow, and 3PL warehouse/data center vendors, including overseeing budgets, invoices, and capital improvements.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards to ensure business continuity and build business cases for process and logistics improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive forward and reverse logistics strategies aligned with the organization's long-term business goals.
• Drive technology-driven automation, reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and eliminate obstacles in material flow to lower operational costs.
• Partner with internal Google teams, carriers, and external vendors to align priorities, reduce delivery cycle times, and scale operations efficiently.
