Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Warehouse/Operations Manager in Washington, DC with a Secret Clearance to oversee integrated logistics support and property management services.

You will manage warehouse operations, asset tracking, ITSM work orders, and 100% inventory control while coordinating disposal and bench-stock placement. This role requires extensive logistics leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience leading in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience with receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Use industry best practices for warehouse operations.
• Maintain and safely operate the Government warehouse as a central receiving point by providing proper receipt, storage, distribution, pick-up, and disposal of IT assets.
• Assist the Government to track warehouse assets.
• Receive, review, update, and process ITSM work orders and attach supporting documents.
• Review daily pending deliveries and coordinate with procurement officers for new delivery dates.
• Notify the Government of missing equipment or partial deliveries.
• Maintain 100% inventory control and annual inventories of warehouse bench stock.
• Annually perform a 100% physical inventory reconciliation of assets deployed.
