Job summary

AV3, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations and Logistics Manager to oversee daily facility operations, material distribution, inventory control, and shipping logistics ensuring safe, efficient flow of goods for CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 15 years of warehouse/logistics experience, prior management experience, and eligibility for a security clearance. AV3 offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in Southern Maryland.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 15 years of Warehouse/Logistics experience.
• Previous Warehouse Management experience.
• Must be eligible for a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise warehouse staff; monitor productivity.
• Analyze KPIs to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
• Maintain records for government-furnished property.
• Oversee facility budget and negotiate freight rates.
• Communicate with Supply Chain Director on updates.
• Provide mentorship and set performance metrics.
