CentiMark Corporation in Canton, OH is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager for the Spec Division. This hands‑on leadership role manages the central warehouse, material control, fleet operations, and transportation logistics across a 13‑state territory.

You will work with project managers, field leadership, purchasing, safety, drivers, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory for profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations, logistics, construction materials, and heavy equipment.
• Commercial roofing industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic engine repair and maintenance skills.
• Proficient with inventory management systems, scheduling software, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control for accuracy and timeliness.
• Pull, verify, package, and ship materials; label by project for quick loading.
• Document transfers and maintain accurate job-name records for each movement.
• Conduct monthly physical inventories with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, organized warehouse by product type and project status.
• Schedule driver deliveries and pickups; optimize routing with calendar tools.
• Track fleet, schedule maintenance, and ensure DOT compliance for trucks/trailers.
• Prepare packing lists and maintain clear transfer records for custody.
• Coordinate with site managers and Purchasing to meet project needs.
