Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a warehouse/logistics professional in Oceanside, CA for a contingent position. You will manage daily receiving, inspection, storage, staging, issue, shipment, and inventory activities, while ensuring GCSS-MC transactions and records are accurate and compliant.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DoD Disposition Services, operating forklifts, and transporting parts.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, inspection, storage, staging, issue, shipment, and inventory activities.
• Verify bills of lading, purchase-order receipts, NSNs, NIINs, serial numbers, quantities, and condition; maintain inventory accountability.
• Ensure accurate GCSS-MC transactions and records.
• Coordinate with DoD Disposition Services and local receiving/repairable issue activities.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Transport parts using contractor-provided stake-bed trucks to CPCA locations.
