Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, supply, inventory, logistics, or material-handling experience.
• Familiarity with NSNs, NIINs, serial-number control, and military shipping documentation.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one prior to operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify material against bills of lading, purchase orders, and military forms.
• Identify shortages, overages, damage, deterioration, and incorrect material.
• Update GCSS-MC and warehouse accountability records.
• Maintain locator files, issue documentation, inventory records, and supporting docs.
• Conduct physical inventories, location surveys, recounts, and discrepancy research.
• Pull and stage material for customers, shipment, repair, return, or disposal.
• Load and unload trucks; operate forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Assist with shelving, warehouse setup, relocation, and reconfiguration.
• Staff the material-issue point and assist customers; escort delivery vehicles.
• Comply with safety, security, PPE, and property-accountability requirements.
