Goldbelt Apex in Oceanside, CA seeks a Warehouse Specialist II to receive, unload, inspect, store, stage, issue, package, label and ship material. The role emphasizes accuracy with NSNs/NIINs, inventory control, and safe material handling.

Responsibilities include verifying documents, maintaining records, performing inventories, and assisting with shipments, stocking, and customer service. A DoD/military background and forklift capability are preferred; Public Trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
• DoD or military supply experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NSNs, NIINs, serial-number control and military docs.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license for vehicle duties.
• Public Trust clearance or CAC/background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify material against bills of lading, POs, NSNs, NIINs, serials and quantities.
• Identify shortages, overages, damage, or incorrect material.
• Update GCSS-MC and warehouse records and files.
• Maintain locator files and issue documentation and inventory records.
• Conduct physical inventories, location surveys, and discrepancy research.
• Pull and stage material for customers, shipment, repair or disposal.
• Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts and material-handling gear.
• Assist with shelving, warehouse setup, relocation and reconfiguration.
• Staff material-issue point and assist customers; escort delivery vehicles as needed.
• Comply with safety, PPE and property-accountability requirements.
