Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Warehouse Manager to serve as the onsite team lead and primary Government point of contact at the assigned warehouse location. You will supervise Warehouse Specialist II personnel and manage daily receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping activities.

The role requires strong DoD logistics knowledge, forklift operation, and experience with GCSS-MC transactions. A Public Trust clearance may be required, with potential CAC access and background checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or property operations, including 2 years leading teams.
• Experience with DoD forms, NSNs, NIINs, serial-number control, and property accountability.
• GCSS-MC experience strongly preferred; forklift operation proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, inspection, storage, staging, issue, shipment, and inventory activities.
• Verify bills of lading, PO receipts, serials, NSNs, NIINs, quantities, and condition; ensure inventory accountability.
• Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment; transport parts as needed.
• Support wall-to-wall inventories, warehouse reconfiguration, and safety compliance.
• Ensure GCSS-MC transactions/records are accurate; enforce property controls.
