Job summary

Genesee Scientific Corporation seeks a Sr. Warehouse Associate in El Cajon, CA to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of products and maintain an efficient warehouse. You will train peers, help develop SOPs, and support daily order processing while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, forklift certification (preferred), strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle up to 60 lbs. Healthcare benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to obtain.
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping programs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to operate PIT equipment and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and mentoring new associates, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Contribute to creation of SOPs and/or Work Instructions.
• Process customer orders daily to meet expectations efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with proper storage and organization of products.
• Assist with inventory audits/cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure products are packaged and labeled correctly and documentation for HazMat is completed.
