Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker to join our Princeton, IN operation. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinate daily activities with the Operations Supervisors, and help ensure safety, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires 4 years of warehouse experience, supervisory ability, and forklift certification preferred. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:15 PM to 4:00 AM, with occasional overtime and Saturday work, hourly

Qualifications

• Four years of warehouse experience required.
• Two years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute assignments and provide status updates to Operations Supervisors.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates to meet safety and productivity goals.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Stage, load, and unload products; maintain inventory records.
