Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse System Support III to serve as the senior technical resource for our warehouse IT environment.

You will install, configure, and maintain warehouse hardware and software, lead advanced troubleshooting, and guide the team with complex issue resolution. The role requires strong AD and network troubleshooting skills, experience with warehouse automation, and the ability to manage incidents and knowledge resources.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years related IT System support experience is required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues that exceed first and second level support.
Enroll, image, deploy, and retrieve all warehouse endpoints, including PCs, scanners, scales, printers, label printers, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts and access within warehouse applications and systems, including access adjustments, session and workstation management.
Provide advanced support for wired and wireless connectivity issues affecting warehouse devices; coordinate with network admins for reliable performance.
Provide end-user technical and customer support to warehouse staff and train on devices, apps, and procedures.
Manage and prioritize tickets and project tasks in ServiceNow; identify trends and recurring problems and propose solutions.
