TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior IT Warehouse System Support III to install, configure, and maintain warehouse hardware and software, and to proactively prevent downtime across connected systems.

The role handles advanced troubleshooting, end-user support, and coordination with vendors and internal teams, leveraging ServiceNow for ticketing and documentation. A 5+ year IT support background and a preferred IT degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT system support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues beyond tier 2.
• Enroll, image, deploy, and manage warehouse endpoints including PCs, scanners, scales, printers, label printers, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime for AutoStore and other warehouse systems.
• Manage tickets and projects in ServiceNow and identify recurring issues for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Provide end-user training on devices, applications, and procedures.
• Ensure endpoints and mobile devices comply with security policies and perform audits as needed.
