Job summary

Fitz's Fish Ponds is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, receive and verify shipments, and coordinate outbound freight. The role blends hands-on warehouse work with system-based inventory control and collaboration across purchasing, retail, service, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in warehouse/shipping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management software; Odoo experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers and vendors.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts.
