Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an Inventory/MAC Operations Associate in North Carolina to manage all inventory activities, verify requisitions, and process purchase orders in a fast-paced aggregates facility. You will handle shipping/receiving, verify receipts, and assist with weighing and ticketing customer trucks as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year related experience, strong organization and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ year related experience in inventory or warehouse roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Ability to operate forklift and forklift equipment where required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify requisitions and forward purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and schedule deliveries.
• Prepare, verify, and forward purchase orders; verify receipts.
• Weigh and ticket customer trucks in a fast-paced aggregates facility.
• Keep documents organized and accessible; adapt to evolving tasks.
