Job summary

Martinrea is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure internal and external customers are supplied with all required materials and supporting documentation. You will follow work instructions, operate equipment, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and teamwork with colleagues across the plant. Overtime and 5S discipline are expected to support production and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels in a team environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and sound judgment to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to perform this job successfully and perform all essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Be present at work, ready to work at the assigned time for every scheduled work day.
• Follow all work instructions for all assigned operations.
• Work safely, following safety work instructions.
• Operate all equipment and devices in a manner that provides a safe working environment.
• Supply the assigned manufacturing area with raw materials, parts, supplies and dunnage to maintain uptime.
• Operate assigned mobile equipment, including fork trucks, safely and with due consideration to pedestrians.
