Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• 1+ years in mining or construction environment preferred.
• Familiarity with scale operations and DOT regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated truck scales and capture tare and gross weights.
• Enter customer data and product codes into the ticketing system accurately.
• Ensure outbound trucks comply with weight limits and loading instructions.
• Coordinate with plant operators to verify correct tonnage and mix.
• Direct truck traffic and maintain clear communication with drivers and teams.
• Maintain records of tonnage, sales activity, and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide customer inquiries support on product availability and scheduling.
