Grifols in Vista, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Warehouse to lead daily operations across receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control. You will ensure GMP/GDP compliance, robust ERP data integrity in SAP, and timely material flow from raw materials to finished goods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; equivalent combos considered.
Minimum 10 years in a cGMP environment with 7+ years in a management role.
Pharma/biotech industry experience preferred; APICS certs advantageous.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
Maintain inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, consumables, and finished goods.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and SAP transaction integrity.
Develop storage strategies for ambient, refrigerated, and controlled environments.
Lead audits, CAPAs, deviation investigations, and risk assessments.
Coordinate international shipping and third-party logistics partners.
