Home Market Foods is seeking a Site Warehouse Manager in Norwood, MA to lead all warehouse operations for frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods. You will own inventory accuracy, manage receiving and shipping, and drive continuous improvement across safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, ERP data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration with procurement, IT, and production scheduling. Strong leadership and food industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching, and developing hourly employees.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Inventory Management Systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and serve as the site owner for inventory management processes.
• Manage receipt, storage, and handling of materials while ensuring segregation for allergens, species, and lot codes.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger points, supporting uninterrupted production.
• Lead the cycle count program to maintain accuracy above 98.5%.
• Ensure accurate material transfers and transactions in the ERP system.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team focused on safety and accuracy.
• Provide training to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to coordinate inbound deliveries.
