Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse experience or experience in receiving, storing, or distributing supplies.
• Experience with property control and inventory management.
• Substitution: every 30 semester hours earned can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises annual property inventories and periodic inventories across agency facilities.
• Maintains property receipts and BF-11 documentation; handles surplus or newly acquired property.
• Manages fleet records, 40-vehicle fleet coordination, and related reports.
• Receives, issues, and maintains records for bulk fuel operations and stock.
• Operates warehouse equipment and trains staff on safety procedures.
