Lineage Logistics is seeking a General Manager II for our Raynham, MA facility. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and partner with sales to grow the business.

The role focuses on safety, service levels, and financial results, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. You will manage budgets, KPIs, and capital investments, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure optimal utilization of space and equipment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or related environment.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong experience with WMS and operational technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
