Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution services in the US. The role involves receiving, picking, staging, and inventory control within a fast-paced environment, with duties including use of RF devices and potential forklift operation.

A GED and 1+ year of warehouse experience are preferred. Shifts run Sunday 3:00 PM–Finish and Monday–Thursday 5:00 PM–Finish, with pay between $24.66 and $30.23 per hour plus incentive opportunities and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of work experience in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Ability to read product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to use RF devices and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and stage customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization.
• Verify merchandise received against shipment records; report discrepancies and defects.
• Stock shelves and maintain designated areas; ensure inventory is orderly.
• May use RF devices to aid in picking/packing stock.
• Enter orders, returns and related data into the computer system.
• Inspect returned items and restock to proper shelves.
• Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory procedures as requested.
• May operate power equipment such as reach trucks or forklifts as needed.
• Help train new associates; perform related duties as assigned.
