Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the distribution and warehousing team.
• Lead daily customer order fulfillment and ensure on-time, accurate shipping.
• Oversee receipt of raw materials, packaging components, and resale items; ensure ERP transactions.
• Maintain effective warehouse storage and inventory control; ensure cGMP compliance.
• Fulfill internal warehouse orders to support manufacturing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; lead cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Support audits, CAPA, and regulatory readiness.
