Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Spokane, WA team. This on-site, full-time role supports receiving, order processing, and inventory control within a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities include processing transfers and shipments, conducting regular cycle counts, operating pallet equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while contributing to continuous improvement efforts and on-time service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete cGMP and Non‑GMP receiving.
• Complete transfer orders, sales orders and reservations on time.
• Support and process internal and domestic shipments.
• Audit inventory via regular cycle counts.
• Operate pallet inverter, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Assist with department SOPD reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the warehouse and distribution.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
